Project Goal

To navigate complex EU novel food approval processes for their innovative infused maple products while establishing efficient distribution channels across multiple European markets. The company needed to overcome regulatory hurdles without compromising its unique product formulations.

Our Consultation

Through strategic partnerships with Chamber International UK, we secured EU Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status for their Québec-maple products and designed efficient VAT MOSS workflows across 7 EU markets. We coordinated CFIA-EU Food Safety Authority joint inspections, reducing time-to-market from 14 months to 5 months and helping them capture a 15% market share in Germany/France within 6 months.
